Coaching / Individual coaching for managers
Coaching is one of the most used forms of development, where after completing special training and development programmes employees come back to every day reality and practice.
Even though, the training itself can activise or deepen particular competences and knowledge, only coaching can fully elaborate the potential of individuals and work teams. Thanks to special methodics, coaching helps to transform obtained knowledge from training or development programmes into a practical and acquired skill.
Coaching provides consultancy for employees in every day situations. Coaching is mostly used by top executives or executives , for example when defining and communicating individual and team objectives, heading meetings, during periodical assessment interviews (performance reviews), as well as job interviews and for giving feedback to subordinates.
Important stages of this process include: definition of qualitative and quantitative indicators – managerial and social profile, observation, feedback to coached from a coach after each session.
Our coaches are members of International Coaching Federation, holding specific certification degrees. The certification is earned by demonstrating knowledge and use of core coaching skills though a comprehensive application and evaluation process designed to ensure high standards for the coaching profession and the clients it serves.
