Evaluation and performance reviews
This programme will enable participants to obtain specific knowledge to control and assess work performance of their staff.
The goal of this training programme is to introduce managers to a process of performance management and assessment system, to ensure its implementation in practice and to point out its correlation to other processes. Training brings out the fact that managers and their subordinates are holders of a performance management process and therefore accountable for bringing it „to life “.
Training content
- It will teach them how to correctly set and assess the objectives of their subordinates, and together with an employee to identify their development needs and career aspirations.
- Training is practically oriented, it gives opportunity to learn as much as possible about the process of perfomance management and its implementation at professional level and provides possibility to practise elementary skills of coaching.
