Situational leadership
The aim of the training is to identify and be able to apply leadership styles and adapt them to maturity and motivation of an employee with a respect to existing situation.
Target group of this training programme includes all executives (and prospective executives) of the company, who are responsible for achieving individual and team objectives and need to manage, control, persuade and motivate their work team professionally.
Training content
- The contents of the training includes definition of situational leadership styles according to characteristics of directiveness and support, practising the process of assigning tasks and responsibilities in different styles.
- After completing the traininig programme participants will be able to classify their staff into individual levels of work maturity and motivation and will be able to apply proper situatinonal leadership style according to the situation and the task.
