Conflict management
The objective of the program is to improve communication under pressure, and learn to judge one’s own interests and interests of other people, acquiring competence in resolution strategies and dealing with conflicts.
Participants will learn to handle the principles of conflict resolution in win-win situation, they will also acquire the skill of solving conflict by means of mediation using a third party. They will start to differentiate conflicts based on their causes, and adapt the strategy of conflict resolution to them. They will obtain hands-on experience with identification of stage of conflict and selection of an approach to conflict solving , they will acquire skills necessary for efficient conflict resolution.
Training content
- Model situations for making use of active listening, empathy and rational analysis of the conflict that arose, will be applied.
