Training content
- After completing the course participants will understand the creation and control of traininig process with different types of participants, they will identify their own training style a they will be able to enrich it with new elements, they will learn the methods of effective learning, they will find courage to improvise and create a varied programe for participants of their trainings, they will be able to identify different types of their participants, the group dynamics and atmosphere.
