Time Management - effective management of time
In this hectic age we have started to realize more and more, that everyone has only 24 hours a day to do what they need.
This training programme is designed for all those who feel the need of managing and organizing time more efficiently.
Training content
- The target of the training is to learn about different types of time, what percentage we dedicate to which of them, and determine the ideal of our time management.
- Do you feel so overloaded with work that you do not know what to start with? The answer is to be able to set yourself clear priorities, which we will deal with thoroughly. We will also learn about the principles and indicators of setting up the right priorities.
- By means of test participants will be categorized to different types and get to know better tools and recommendations for their own appropriate time management. Planning is one of the basic tools of time management. Your employees will learn to efficiently set the objectives and their daily, weekly and monthly plans in a realistic way to be able to meet them.
- Stress is often a consequence of lack of time – we will deal with stress factors as well as the relaxation techniques to overcome the stress.
