Leadership a managerial skills
The purpose of this training programme is to recognize one’s strengths and weaknesses in management and communication area, acquire individual leadership and managerial skills at professional level, and to identify and set one’s own managment style.
Target group of this training programme includes all executives (and prospective executives) of the company, who are responsible for achieving individual and team objectives and need to manage, control, persuade and motivate their work team professionaly.
Training contents
- The programme includes practical rehearsal of assertive managerial communication, self-management, active listening, argumentation and other managerial communication techniques.
- Participants will learn about the rules of delegating tasks , authorities and responsibilities to subordinates , they will also receive an indroduction to individual delegation techniques.
- Participants will be taught to differentiate different types of employees, principles and procedures of communication with them, and how to encourage their involvement in achieving the set objectives.
- They will also practise principles of conveying and acceptance of feedback as a tool of self-reflexion and managerial self-development.
