Particularly, 360°feedback is and objective and efficient tool of obtaining feedback in the company.
By means of this tool leaders and managers (and prospective – future managers) can get a better self-reflexion in terms of behaviour , communication and impression on other employees. Objectivity is quaranteed not only by self-rating (at first, the assessed manager gives feedback on their own performance) but also by feedback from subordinates or a team, colleagues from the same level or management (counterparts) and their superior or a group of superiors. Since every leadership position is unique in its way, we apply specific individual criteria and indicators including key managerial competences for every company or a firm.
There are a number of methods to apply this tool : questionnaire forms or on-line forms, anonymously or namely. On-line-360°feedback is the fastest and the most suitable for clients, and thus it is enjoying increasing popularity.
Afterwards, results from different involved assessment groups are put together to analyse the compliance and differences in perception of individual assessors.
The oucome of 360°feedback is Feedback-report – which is delivered to the assessed person. This report deals with individual development plan and definition of individual success scaling. Results can also be used as the basis for assessment talks.
