Teamleading
The goal of this training programme is to improve participants‘ skills of managing and motivating teams, an ability to efficiently use the time at team meetings, delegate authorities to individual employees according to their function in team, and to acquire competence in standardized methodics of problem solving and handling with tasks.
This training is suitable especially for managers, project managers, executives and team leaders of permanent and temporary project teams in companies with matrix as well as traditional organizational structure.
