Training content
- By means of practical definítion of boundaries in interpersonal relations participants will realize the real importance of assertiveness, and learn and practise techniques of assertiveness
- With the world favouring the active ones, they will learn and practise the techniques against direct and indirect – hidden agressivity, they will rehearse in front of the video camera how to be able to refuse without feelings of guilt, they will learn to use proven techniques of assertiveness.
- We will get familiar with different assertiveness myths, but most of all with assertive right.
- Participants will learn how to handle critique assertively - conveying and acceptance.
- They will practise an ability to say no, ask for a favour, accept an appraisal as well as a refusal in model situations.
