Time management for managers
Most managers, facing expectations from their superiors and subordinates on a daily basis, are exposed to pressure and stress.
This training will help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses in time mangement of your own and your subordinates. During the training every participant will develop their own time analysis to find out if they spend appropriate time on their subordinates or other team members, they are in charge of.
Training content
- Every manager has a an unlimited number of responsibilities and tasks, but limited ammount of working time.
- Essential part of the training is devoted to principles of decision making and identifying priorities, as an inevitable and efficient tool of time management.
- Given the fact , delegating authorities and tasks saves the time of managers on one hand and developes subordinate staff on the other, a substantial part of the training is devoted to detailed methods and principles of delegation.
- In a case study participants will practise their acquired knowledge and skills in real life situations.
